i did the OCLT, no drop overnight

Every year around this time, I seem to get a whisp of greenish , yellow on the shallow end bottom. My CHL reading right now is 15 and hasnt been below 8ppm this season and i did a drop test with NO DROP Pollen?

i have been "tinkering" with the SWG setting this year ( new cell) and 3 is the lowest its been , most of the summer its been around 7 even then i had the dirt. Yes is does poof up and disappear. what i dont get is why my over night tests and cc is good. i'll do another drop test tonight.

I have to brush or run the robot everyday or i get this yellow/brown dirt (when whisked with brush) everyday, even with solar cover on. If i dont brush in 4 days the deep end is so cloudy you cant see the bottom. Nothing on sides, this is uniformly on shallow end bottom and half way down slope...

well i guess i dont.... no overnight loss so i guess its dirt and i l give it more time

if you are doing plumbing, "rough in" water and sewer and electric for an outdoor kitchen for the future? I also wish i had plumbed in a water supply source closer to my pool. and some low voltage wiring here and there just in case....

i had one like that outside under the patio, worked ok for about a month, then would barely cool. worked fine when i took it back inside. I bought one rated for outside and have had no problems so far

i like pachysandra for ground cover. easy to plant, hardy and stays green all winter

buy some extra pavers in case they discontinue your style....

if those return pipes are blown out ( assuming your drained the pool below the returns) and plugged those returns there should be no water in those pipes.

try heating really hot it like someone suggested and get a good long handled pipe wrench on it or a big vice grip and extend the handle with a piece of pipe for leverage

can you screw them all the way out? Mine have either a regular "flat head"screw drive slot and /or a "hex" head. I use a impact driver with the hex head. I take them all the way out, blow out the hole and use wd-40 or liquid wrench then put them back in.

same thing happened to me 2 times although never in swim season. I live with the wrinkles. I considered digging a hole nearby and installing a pump. Othere wise i make sure i keep the pool level as high as possible when its closed.
