I just replaced the actuator and set the cams. I set the cams with the actuator off of the valve and it looks like it stops in both directions where it needs to. When I install the actuator on the valve it will turn about half way and stop and go back and forth like the diverter is stuck and...

I'm new to this pool and need to vacuum the hot tub. When I went to put the hose in the hole under the skimmer I noticed not much suction. The pool has two skimmers and they both feel about the same suction wise. Do I need to block one off somehow to get more suction out of the other one...

I may have done the FC and the CC tests wrong and will try them again tomorrow. I was thinking the same thing. How do you raise the cya? I saw the pool calculator in your sig Jason and now know how to raise it. That calculator is awesome by the way. :-D

The water was cloudy the other day, but now has cleared up. This is what I got. I have a plaster pool and use the Hayward swg. cl - 5 ph - 7.5 cya - filled up the tube and the dot was still slightly visible ta - 60 fc - 1.5 cc - 0 Thanks all :-D
