The company who opened our pool this year, was able to fix it! Apparently involved some rewiring and reconfiguration. Not quite sure what the cause was, I'm just happy it's finally fixed! 🤞 Thank you for your help and suggestions!

Thank you for responding. You are correct, the branding is tricky and we actually have the OmniPL. The network connection appears to be good, I checked several times. The pump won't turn on via the Omnilogic App or on the OmniPL controller... it will switch on, but the pump won't actually prime...

Just noticed today that the pump doesn't prime at all when I turn on the spa pump. It doesn't do anything at all, but the app says that it is on. Also noticed that one of the blowers in the spa isn't as strong as the other three... don't know if that matters. The pool pump seems to be working...

Not to my knowledge. I did update the app in the app store prior to opening. We did use a pool company for opening, but I believe they just cleaned the pool, added some chemicals, and got the equipment up and running again.

Thank you for your response. In pool school last year, they showed us how to turn the pump on and off with the Hayward OmniLogic app. I'm attaching some photos of the app. The strangest thing is that if I turn the pool pump off, the pump stays off for about a minute and then automatically turns...
