Edit : Pulled light niche, overflow drain, skimmer wier, and umbrella holder. Maybe some algae, perhaps the worst in the light, all scrubbed and squeaky clean now. Will pull again to keep on them while keeping track of progress

Thanks for the replies everyone. As promised an update... Brushed again lightly with stiffer brush last night. Water clarity definitely not TFP clear. Interestingly, I used a regular old nylon brush sideways again, and again there was a cloud in front of the light. So still stuff on the walls...

Update. Hopped in the pool with snorkel gear brushed by hand with the stiffest brush I could find. Brushed until I noticed the water clarity deteriorated. Going to test the water and see if there is any CC. Can vouch that hand scrubbing a pool is not practical.

Thank you. I have one on the highest setting. Short of using snorkel gear and manually scrubbing the entire pool by hand, is there a better (stiffer) brush out there?

Have cleaned there too, but will again. Edit... Got to thinking about brushes after my last post. Grabbed my softest brush 18 inch nylon ( I think). Scrubbed up and down as hard as I could with not much showing in front of the light. I tried to run the brush sideways so the 18 inches scrubs...

Pics as promised. Difficult to use the hose and snap a pic 😂 Think the color of what is coming off the filter is brownish? Grey maybe? Got a decent shot of it though. The table is white and makes it easy to see how much is coming out of the filter.
