Call Stenner at 800-683-2378 and ask for Tech Service. They will help you troubleshoot.

Looks like when entering test from past dates the CSI is calculated/logging the latest date test data not the historical data just entered.

Can you add the logging of the CSI result with each test as well as a chart for CSI? With high hardness levels, I carefully watch the CSI.

Any response from Pentair?

Checked this morning and all lights off again on IC40 while connected to the Intelliph control center. Reconnected directly to intellichlor power center and is working again. Will just add the acid manually. I really liked the ability to fine tune the IC40 via the Intelliph controller but can...

I had the same issue with my IC40 hooked to the Intellliph control center. Removed the Intelliph and connected IC40 directly to power center and it works fine. Reconnected to Intelliph and same issue. Cleaned the IC40 and reconnected to Intelliph control center and seems to be working fine now.

My Pentair IC40 has worked flawlessly for 2 years now.

Yes. It will have a 220v plug on the cord. The manufacture will void the warranty if you cut the cord.

You can use either 1/4" or 1/2". The Stenner injector has both threads available for installation.
