Is it dead or alive algae?

8oz yellowtrine, 2 gallons liquid chlorine. My FAC is 4.75 and all other chemistry is balanced.

Yea I used 2 gallons of liquid chlorine as well so it would not eat away all my chlorine. Any advice on the brown spots though ?
