Thanks for catching this. The pool was originally 138k I made a change in the size and that lowered the price. I will have them update the contract.

Thanks for your input. I will reach out and h=get all the make and model numbers. The pool volume is going to be approximately 28,000 including the spa. Seems like all the companies that provided a bid all included the 200 size filter vs the larger one. I am assuming its to make the cost lower...

This is going to be my first pool and have received varying prices from multiple contractors. This estimate seem to have all the features I am looking for. Is this a good price and would there be anything you would change in this build?
