    Help please! Skimmer/water level

Thank you for your replies. Here is what they left me with!! The size of the internal box is 19.5cm wide x 22cm high. There still appears to be holes at the bottom on the sides to fit a skimmer flap into. Not sure how they thought this was going to work.....

    Help please! Skimmer/water level

Hello Everyone. An update and another question. In the end they raised the height of the skimmers to where I believe they should have always been. However they did this simply by increasing the size of the skimmer box, this meant the skimmer flap was an inch too small at the bottom leaving an...

I presume they will make the skimmer...

    Help please! Skimmer/water level

Thank you for your replies. This was not a cheap project and there have been numerous errors along the way. This just feels like the final straw made worse by the lack of apology or admitting it's a mistake. I dont really have a problem with the top step not being covered and of course when...

    Help please! Skimmer/water level

I'm also not sure how they are going to remove the top concrete step as the 3 pipes and jets are laid in it. Seems a complete disaster to me!

    Help please! Skimmer/water level

Thank you for your reply. The pool company will accept no fault and say they dont enter into disputes. They tell me they will come and remove the top step and then voila the new top step will then be covered. After three months of building work I do not relish this.

    Help please! Skimmer/water level

Hello. Looking for advice. We have had a large concrete pool put in our garden in Spain via a professional pool company. Upon filling the pool the water will not reach the top step without almost entirely covering the skimmer. Although water is still circulating no debris is being sucked in. The...
