This is 2 days after vacuuming. Brand new filter & sand was slowly added in so no damage to laterals. Backwashed & rinsed before use.

I currently have Quikrete pool sand in my intex filter. It’s terrible! Within 2 days of vacuuming my pool has a significant amount of sand on the pool floor right below the return. Unbelievable! This weekend I’ll be taking apart my filter & replacing the sand [emoji31]

What time of day is best to add your daily chlorine? Do most add it in the am or in the evenings?

I use poolmath (LOVE it!) but I only see grams, kilo, oz, & pounds as options so I assume it’s all by weight since there isn’t a fluid oz option. And I bought measuring cups specifically for my pool stuff [emoji16]
