Well, I decided to go ahead and shock the pool yesterday. The FC levels were pretty consistent throughout the entire day and even testing every 1 - 1 1/2 hours I didn't need to add any more chlorine to keep it at or above shock level (12-14 ppm). So I decided to run the the overnight FC test...
