The PB just told us that the 23,000 gal pool with 6 returns and 8 jet spa will share a 3HP pump and that it will be enough. Does that sound legit? You seem to know what you’re talking about. I have no clue.

Yes, it is. And it seems the top of the rebar opening is about 9 inches from the bottom of the skimmer. Might need to ask them to place a little lower. Thanks for pointing that out

Not exactly sure where the light will be placed but I’ll ask the PB. The bottom of the rebar square is measuring 30 inches below the wood frame but I’m not sure where the ultimate placement will be after gunite leveling and coping. The light housing is labeled a a pentair niche lg. The manual...

I’ve never had a pool built. The rebar guys cut the rebar for the deep end pool light to be placed here. Is this too close to the surface? The depth is 7 feet.
