I cancelled my appointment with the leak detection company. I’ve given it another couple weeks. Seem to be losing a slight amount maybe. My salt level is slightly down and we’ve not used the pool or backwashed the filter. Looks like I may have them come out after all

It was sagging some. I could tell it was low but didn’t seem crazy and I didn’t expect to see it that low when I pulled cover off.

The bottom drain was air locked and the equipment pad is a few feet above pool level. The returns were all plugged off also.

Truly puzzled. Would you cancel the leak detection people and just watch it over the next month? They were a few weeks out when I booked the appointment

Checked bucket last night and both pool and bucket were down approx 1/8” after 24 hours

I got some pro-rated warranty on the parts, now I gotta tear apart this controller and install the keypad (this also worked fine at closing). Its weird only about half of the buttons work on it.

Good morning, I have a 18x36 in ground liner pool with a 9-year-old liner. I pulled my solid cover off about a week ago and was surprised to see only about 6" of water left in the shallow end. Luckily it didn't let go and its finally full and got everything up and running. I don't understand...

I’d like to close myself but I just have one of those 6gal air compressors. This isn’t enough volume is it?

I redid my plumbing this year and added a one way jandy check valve in front of the pump. When they go to blow out my lines while hooking into the pump obviously it’s not meant to flow that way. Do I take the lid off of the check valve and remove the flapper or turn it around to allow that?

Here’s something else interesting that happened. I had checked my phosphates with my natural chemistry strips and it showed 300ppb and I had some leftover phosfree in the garage. I figured what the heck and put 16oz down each skimmer which is a hair less than the label called for for my pool...

thanks for the info. This was my third time adjusting TA since March. I just figured middle of the range was best but I guess that destabilizes pH. I wish the sight glass on the PH meter had colors for 7.7 and 7.9 also. I thought it looked like 7.8 but coulda been a hair over and that’s why I...
