Can I try connecting the I-link cable to the main board? I have a feeling only the expansion board and the antenna are fried. I think the main board is ok.

I can go into service mode on the i9+3 no problem. That panel has never been the issue. Only the i10x expansion panel seems to not be working. I cannot switch it to service mode and it doesn’t appear to properly connect with the i-Link home automation adapter as we can no longer control it from...

Did the whole system just get hit with a power surge and get ruined? It still somewhat functions.

Everything in this general area. I ran the wires exactly as they were run before I didn’t switch them up on accident.

Update. Discovered certain parts of the antenna board are very hot to the touch.

Can I get clarification on what this random wires are? One set goes to the expansion panel. The other set I can’t figure out where it goes yet.

Replaced wires. Getting a reading at the antenna now. Still no power lights on. How can I sync the antenna to my remote? I cleared the remote at one point maybe it just needs to be synced again.

I got thermostat wire I hope that works?

Also, do you want me to replace all of the wires or just the two outside wires?

Thank you I’ll try to pick some up today. Is there a reason why you would use 4 cable wires over what we currently have installed there which is the cat5? Does paint count as UV protection lol.

Ok I tested it after resetting. Same results. I’m going to assume the cable is dead. What cable do I need to use to replace it?

Does anyone thing the I-Link adapter could be interfering with anything? It connects and integrates with our homes crestron system.
