What is the best online store to purchase a Raypak from? New to buying pool equipment.

The Jandy and the Raypak are about the same cost. What is special about the raypak? I am looking for reliability primarily.

I inspected my current wiring setup. I have power and then just two wires are connected to other wires on the existing heater. As it applies to 'more functionality' what is that? Does it require a certain level/version of the automation? Mine was installed in 2007.
