Closing company responsible for frozen pipe?

Just to close this out. They did come out and fix it, in a very odd way and it does not appear they plan to bill me for the plumbing work. I did hire and pay the guy that does our pavers to lift the pavers and he also dug the hole and found the broken pipe and I also paid him to fill the hole...

Closing company responsible for frozen pipe?

sigh..... So they came out today to fix it which they did. They replaced the 2x 22.5 degree elbows with 4x 90 degree elbows (4 lefts to go straight....) so we'll get a bit less water down the slide due to increased head pressure.... No bill yet so not sure what will happen on that front but...

Closing company responsible for frozen pipe?

its 3" pipe for sure. They look to be 2x 22.5 degree elbows as the pipe needs to head up hill at that point. The pipe is much less aligned now than it was when it was first opened up. Just got moved around while digging to get under it. If the damage is potentially from stress is there any...

Closing company responsible for frozen pipe?

I had my paver guy come out as they thought it was under the pavers as the pool guy...

Closing company responsible for frozen pipe?

I just opened our pool today and it appears that the lines run for the slide and waterfall must have frozen and broke. When the pumps are on water is bubbling up next to the deck. We paid to have the pool closed to avoid this exact kind of thing. we've never had any issues and used the same...

    If only I had…

We are approaching making a decision on a PB in central NJ. This site has been a great help in getting to that point – not done yet but getting close. Given the huge knowledgebase out there I have a simple question: If only I had ____________. Fill in the blank, anything goes – design...
