Just wanted to give an update. I replaced the cord with a 12awg nema 5-20P cord and the plug is no longer overheating. Everything seems to be working as it should but I'll keep an eye on it. Appreciate all the conversation and will plan for a 240V circuit upgrade at some point in the future.

Do you happen to have contact info for the regional support person that sent the board? If so could you PM it to me? I also got one of the old ones without automation and have been waiting for the new boards to come out.
