    Chlorine consumption per bather

Is it simple math at that point for 6% bleach post-bathing dose? If it's 5 fl oz per bather per hour, does that mean 2.5 fl oz per bather per half hour? So for me and my wife for half an hour it's 5 fl oz we know we need to put back in when we're done? If our teen joins and it's the three of us...

    Getting balanced with fresh fill

Hello, Did a fresh fill on my 2002 Prodigy Spa, and treated with a total of 4 oz of dry acid to get my TA and Ph down to start out. My new TFKit100 only shipped today, so I took a sample to Leslie's and here are my results: Gallons: 325 FC: .1 TC: .64 pH: 8.1 TA: 78 CH: 156 CYA: 5 Phosphates...

    Hot tuber in West Texas

    Hot tuber in West Texas

Thanks, all. I meant to post this in the Introduce Yourself section (sorry moderators). This original post was very lame as a pure "can you help me" post. Sorry. Yesterday, I did two rounds of 2oz of dry acid three hours apart, and the TA and Ph are still off the chart high for the crappy...

    Hot tuber in West Texas

Hello. I bought a 15 year old Hot Springs Prodigy a couple years ago. Works great, but have never kept my balance great. Used chlorine for a year, then switched to bromine thinking that would be more forgiving for an irresponsible lazy owner like me. I'm switching back to chlorine (probably...
