Not all chlorine in powder form changes CYA levels. I don't believe calcium hypochlorite changes CYA levels.

+1 for not trusting the CYA level of 2. Doesn't sound right. Nor does CH = 22, sounds a bit weird too. I wouldn't add the CYA until you do the test when you get your kit from TDChlorinators (Good choice there, I did the same.) You don't need to add the muriatic acid if you are using boric...
