I'll give it a shot, but it SEEMS like the water level has reached equilibrium where it isn't losing more water.

I'm having an issue losing water through the main drain of my inground pool. We do have an ST1056 hydrostatic valve. So the issue could be the pool plumbing or a bad valve. Over the winter we lost about 80-90% of the water (30k gallon pool, there's still about 2.5-3ft of water in the deep end)...
