Marina will make you whole again.

I followed the steps in the video but it had no effect in my case.

I initially emailed on a Monday and then called the next day when I did not receive a reply. I spoke to Seth as well. Repair on my unit took about 2-3 weeks. Part of it I was out on vacation though so that worked out. Seems like a bad lot from the manufacturer.

Robot has been running without issue for 2 days now. So far so good. Thank you again Sunny.

Yes but in that time orings and gaskets are deteriorating. Capacitors can pop and transistors can swell. I am an IT engineer and have seen the far ends of both spectrums. I just sent an email asking for an update. If I don't hear back I'll give a call tomorrow at noon. I suspect ours came from the same lot. I did not the manufacture date on mine was just over 2 years from the purchase date. May or may not have mattered but just pointing it out.

Marina has provided me a return label. They hummed and hawed a bit and from the context of the gentlemen's reply it sounds like they have seen several like this lately. They said not to worry, they would repair or replace.

It looks as if he just unscrewed the motor and then screwed it right back in after jiggling it around. Did I miss something in that video?

Just checked quickly and the impeller turns freely. No hair nor any other obstructions. Robot is spotless clean. Waiting for an opportunity to call support as I have a conference call shortly.
