I am just finishing up the SLAM process and had a question. To SLAM your pool the ph level is suggested to be below a 7.2, is there suggested level for the CYA? I know the Chlorine level for SLAMing is based off of the level of your CYA, just wasn't sure if there was a suggest level? My CYA...

Mine did the same thing and now it working.

My Pool Math App renewed this month, I open the app and it's asking for a subscription. The Restore Subscription button does nothing.

To get it to 7.2

pH drop a little last night, down to 7.4, sock is still full of stabilizer. Tested the FC & CC levels last night both times them were 2.5 & .5 respectively, this morning FC was 4 & CC stayed the same at .5 added more pH down. CYA test but nothing still showing, but I expected that.

Using the sock method for my stabilizer, added more pH down. I'll check in the morning for the pH level and if it is at 7.2 move forward.

Initial liquid chlorine has been added.

Yes, new pool, the only thing I have added is a pH Down from E-Z CLOR. Forgot, the phosphate remover and Liquid Chlorine afterwards.

First time I ever owner a Pool, just installed a 37 x 17 in-ground vinyl lined salt water & Heat pump. Hoping to get some good idea on maintaining it from the site. Thanks Ken
