Asch been a while since I've been on the forums. The heater works great no problems. Heats well. I am very satisfied.

Let me share my experience. Mine runs at 1150RPM 17 hrs a day. I had went with the Ecostar two years ago. Less than 8 months the front bearing failed. Motor replaced under warranty last February (2013). Now its Jan 18 (2014), the motor has once again failed. Sounds like the same problem...

Break some of the suspect material chunks off and put them in a plastic bowl. Pour the acid on them directly...do they react? If not it couldnt be calcium. I am not sure what the material is thats even in your cell.

Are you sure its broke? If I recall (its been a while) yours looks fine....slip the nut from the hose back, push the hose over the nipple and just tighten the nut. The nut doenst thread into anything but rather catches on the hose and acts like a compression ad hoq connecton. I dont ever...
