@swamprat69 - That's probably not it then since the blower will not come on although it did come on when I gave it 24v in the earlier reply. Trying to avoid spending $400 plus on a new board or a bad one on eBay. Will go through all of my measurements again on the trouble shooting guide.

@swamprat69 Thanks for your help thus far. I replaced all of the relays on the PIB board and that wasn't it. Not to say that somethiing else on the PIB isn't bad. How do you test the Air Pressure switch? Can I bypass it somehow?

I am getting 25.3V between GND on IC and 24v on IC. I am getting 0 volts between GND on IC and wire 10 on the J3 socket. I am also getting 0 volts between wire 5 and wire 4 on the J15 socket.
