SOLVED!!! After a bit of research about what was installed for the pool... we found the plumber had put in the vacuum plate. 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️ We have now removed it and all is perfect!!!

Another video- gurgling and bubbles As you can see there are quite a few bubbles coming out of the jets and the pool is still gurgling. I will take some photos of the equipment soon! Thank you for all of your help so far!

The water is currently just over halfway of the mouth of the skimmer... But I will try adding more water.
