No they did not. I started researching a little too late. The rain really helped settle the soil thank goodness and the PB says the deck supports will really help. It’s not 100% ideal but such is life. I will post another pick once the he liner is in.

My impression is that, whoever you buy from, its not easy to get a full refund or replacement because it al goes through the manufacturer. Marina is most likely a good retailer that will do their best. Try to do your best for the customer and have the lowest price. That’s why they get so much...

We did a cash out refi. Because rates dropped so much the cash was almost free. We actually reduced the length of time also with a 15 year mortgage. It didn’t hurt that home values in my area significant increased to all time highs.

Thank you for the info. Couple of questions... what is the calculation you used? Is it in the pool math section? Also, is running the pump 7-15 hours a reasonable amount of time?

I was reading all the great info here and stumbled on some recommendations for the chlorine generator. From what I gather a SWCG should be sized 2x actual pool gallons. I have approximately a 21k-25k gallon pool (36x22 free form) but the SWCG my PB provided is a AquaRite 900 with Tcell925 25k...

Thanks for the feedback. The liner should go in shortly. I’m going to use some water and help it settle after the pool is filled. The PB says that he will fill the area with crushed concrete after the ground settles and that the deck supports will provide enough support.

Jim, For those of us who are less mechanically inclined... Does Marina Pool help service the units if you purchase from them or do you need to reach out to the manufacturer to have the unit fixed?
