    Jandy JXI400N won't fire up

The unit suddently went from working fine to not firing up at all. There is power to the unit and the control panel lights up. If I try to run the heater using either the iAqualink app or the control panel at the unit nothing happens. The filter pump is running when I make theses attempts...

Happy to donate. The donate button on the home page just returns me to the home page, however.

Jandy ePump-how to identify which "wet end" I have

The first attachment you sent me has all the info I need. What gets confusing is that the term "pump" is used for the entire motor/pump assembly and then separately just for the pump. It looks like Jandy used to call its full assemblies a Stealth Pump and then when the variable speed models...

Jandy ePump-how to identify which "wet end" I have

Seems like it might be a Stealth SHP wet end. What does SHP stand for?

Jandy ePump-how to identify which "wet end" I have

I have a Jandy ePump VSSHP220AUT which has developed a pronounced squeal/raspy squeal which seems to be coming from the motor (although it's hard to tell for sure). I researched and believe I can replace the existing Century motor with an EvoGreen EVQ225 that will communicate with my iAqualink...

Aqualink problem-controller turns on secondary pump for water feature and it won't turn off

Thanks very much for your reply. Yes, I had swapped the relay and used a different socket, but neither worked. As it turns out, it must have been the old CPU, because now with the new CPU I just put in everything does in fact work fine. Initially I thought the problem persisted but it turns...

Aqualink problem-controller turns on secondary pump for water feature and it won't turn off

I've tried the following: replaced the CPU (because I had a new, different one I was intending to install anyway); replaced the relay with a known working relay. Now the Waterfall pump will not come on at all. I have it assigned to Aux 4 and re-established all settings after changing the CPU...

Aqualink problem-controller turns on secondary pump for water feature and it won't turn off

I should have added that Service Mode will turn the pump off. But when the mode is changed to Auto, it goes right back on. Pressing the Waterfall button on the app or PDA doesn't turn the grey dot blue.

Aqualink problem-controller turns on secondary pump for water feature and it won't turn off

I have the RS6 PDA combo running two Jandy VSP ePumps, one for filtration of the pool/spa combination, and the second pump entirely separately controls a waterfall feature (not connected to the pool/spa plumbing). All of sudden when I turn on the filter pump (VSSHP220AUT), the waterfall pump...

    Plumbing fitting question

Thanks for the advice on the split nut couplers. It doesn't look like any have the Jandy threads though. I haven't broken the coupler yet. It's so tight I can't get it off, so I've given up for today. But in general, if you want to replace a component in the two pictures I posted, you have...
