    I have removed the front and don't see anything loose. I can not remove the back panel because it is too close to the wall. I believe this fireman switch is in the rear so I don't know how I can access it.

    By heater has a panel in the front, and one in the rear. I can only remove the front. There are not any wire's directly near where I am hitting it. When it gets a call for heat it does nothing. The red light does not run on, and the screen does not turn on. Pushing buttons does nothing...

    Well, it turns out I was wrong, my PB did order the correct cable, he just hooked it up wrong. They had it wired up to 2 relays with the orang and brown wire. I disconnected it and wired up the yellow and green wires per the instructions. I can now change to any rpm I want from my phone. I...

    Awesome. This is exactly what I'm looking for. However now I'm thinking my PB ordered the wrong cable. The one I have is almond, and it seems like the newer one is black. Or do you know, can the correct cable (P/N 356324Z) be either color?
