We are right there with you and patiently waiting in Argyle TX (just North of Fort Worth) for warm weather so plaster can be done. Thankfully our builder is in regular communication with us - and we are fine to wait. Everything else is completed.

We've had a great experience with our builder and had we not taken a 3 week delay that was our decision while we debated adding an outdoor kitchen (we did it!) we most likely would be done with our build. But alas, we are complete (including sprinkler and sod replacement) - and now just waiting...

How many jets for your spa - and is it requiring an extra pump? We are thinking of a 10x10 and getting mixed answers from builders based on our request for 16 jets. Some are saying we need a second pump and others say one is fine.

Actually, our PB recommended the salt, but then cautioned us on the potential need and cost to reseal the pavers, or concrete decking. I haven't really found much about salt issues such as this though and wonder why so many builders would be against them seeing as its an extra hardware...
