    Options to clean spa?

I have a 7x7 spa and I use my Dolphin to clean it up. It usually takes about 30 minutes to do, but I don't have too much debris in there. Sometimes, it misses the corners, but not a big deal. I have a neighbor's oak tree that overhangs my fence line. Before I started using my Dolphin, I just...

Switching from pucks to liquid, thoughts and insights?

I have a 30 gallon stenner tank/pump that I use. I got it on sale for the same price as a 15 gallon system. It's nice to have the tank high, so I don't have to bend over to add chlorine. My system is hardwired into my sub-panel and I use the IAqualink to adjust my times. I usually keep less...

Dolphin Supreme M Series Owner’s Club

Yes, but I can not push it straight in. I turn it around and push in backwards since the caddy bar is tall. That deck box is sloped and is taller at the back than the front.

Dolphin Supreme M Series Owner’s Club

I keep mine in a deck box - https://www.keter.com/en/store-it-out-midi. I store the Dolphin on one half and other pool equipment/stuff on the other side. This one was ok, but the hinge broke on one side after a couple of years. I still use it since it's still functional. I will get a bigger...

Shock before or after a storm?

Agree. The only time I add shock is right before a hurricane or tropical storm. My CYA is low enough that adding shock won't affect much and I like to over chlorinate if I get excessive rain.

    I aqua link down

Mine went down last night also, but it reconnected later on. You can still control your pool from your control box. I just put it in service mode and turn on the equipment that way. I turned on the spa and bubblers that way. I have all my buttons labeled too, so no second guessing .

    Auto-Fill and Leveling Systems

The line is plumbed directly into the pool like other fill lines. It was done by my builder. The sprinkler guy tied into the line when he was finishing his work and just added an extra zone.

    Auto-Fill and Leveling Systems

Have you thought about adding a dedicated zone to your sprinkler system that will add water to your pool? When I had my pool built, I looked at an autofill but decided against it. My sprinkler guy added a dedicated zone for me and I updated my Rainbird controller to a Rachio controller. I use...

Autofill hooked up to a sprinkler line

I don't have an auto-fill on my pool; however, I have a dedicated sprinkler zone for my pool fill. The zone is downstream of the back-flow preventer of the sprinkler system. The sprinkler controller I used was the Rachio Wi-Fi controller. My PB replaced the old Rainbird controller with the...

Stenner pump for chlorine. Help with sizing and install ideas

iamtexmax - Don't get discouraged. This is an easy fix. I'm not sure how far along you are with your pool build, but if you can be at home when the electrician/plumber is there, they can do it easily for some cash - maybe $20 each. I'm not familiar with Pentair Easy Touch 4, but you need to...

Stenner pump for chlorine. Help with sizing and install ideas

Blowout - Yes, that is a blower for the spa. It goes up on the pipe next to it with the cap. This picture was taken before everything was completed. The 30 gallon Stenner tank is nice. When I bought it, it was on sale for the same price as a 15 gallon tank. That tank is a beast and is huge...

Stenner pump for chlorine. Help with sizing and install ideas

I'm not sure what your PB is talking about with the Pentair and Stenner compatibility. It makes no sense at all. I have an IAqualink for my automation, but all Pentair equipment. My PB installed my Stenner directly into a relay of the IAqualink box. Everything works fine. Here is a picture...
