That's what I was thinking. If you get a chance, let us know how it goes after the next storm. I'm looking for a replacement and the Evos look pretty good but I'll most likely need to stick with something that can keep up with the dust.

Did you have the dual filter in your last cleaner (fine & ultra-fine or whatever)? I have that in my Active 30/S300 and when I run it after a dust storm (Phoenix area) I'll empty the filter basket and it'll be lined with an inch or two of sand mud. I'm curious if you're able to get the same...

Yep, the Evos are in the mix for the next one, but I haven't had much luck with new model releases...was thinking I might want to wait and see how they hold up after a year or so. You've still been happy with yours?

That's what I was afraid of. I'm looking for my next one now. I hate to give them more money but I'm considering upgrading to one of the Maytronics with a longer warranty.
