What Am I doing wrong? It could be everything....

I believe they're internally controlled, but that's a guess on my part. I have a single speed motor, but others here swear by the variable speed motor. I think they come on strong then stage down in order to save electricity.

Is the pump motor variable speed?

How to wire landscape lights to automation

The transformer I have includes a timer. Plus it has a day/night sensor if you want to go that route.

    Non-potable water?

You can also start the fill the day before the meter reading and finish the day after. This way you divide the cost of the fill over two months. As JoyfulNoise pointed out the water company will probably work with on the sewage fee.

    Hottub Wifi?

I use an Ecoxgear blue tooth waterproof speaker. It sounds very good and the price was around $50USD on sale from Costco. Looks like its now around $90USD.

Pump Basket Won't Fill Up (New Pool)

The air was probably in the skimmer line since you had the valve closed. Let it run for a bit and make sure it draws nothing but water. That's provided the fact that the pool water level is above the skimmer. ;)

Pump Basket Won't Fill Up (New Pool)

The most water you'll get in the pump is up to the bottom of the fill pipe. Then it starts filling the pool. Get it close to the white pipe seal it and turn on the pump.

    115 or 230v?

Your photos suggest the pump is wired for 230. The picture shows a diagram for high voltage as.... White on B, line1, line2, Brown on A. Line1 and Line2 being the feed from your breaker panel. The photo inside the pump looks like the diagram for High Voltage. As others have said you may want to...

    TFTestkit Link

I've made several purchases from TFTtestkit.net but I have to hunt for the link. I usually end up finding it by reviewing "Forum Rules" posted by JasonLion and grabbing it from his signature. It would be nice if the link was readily available either on the home page or headline link such as...

Outdoor 50 amp breaker trips when pump tries to start

If you have the spa setup exactly the way the instructions and the diagram show I would revisit the spa GFCI panel. On page 13 of your manual shows how it should look. Pay particular attention to the white wire on the spa side of the GFCI breaker.

Outdoor 50 amp breaker trips when pump tries to start

Did you remove the jumper as shown in your diagram on page 12? It also states this in step 2 on page 12.

    Umbrella deal

We had terrible luck with those same chairs from Academy a few years back. The 20 or 30 rings in the blue surface all rusted to nothing after a season. Worst part some of the rusty metal found its way into the pool and caused staining. -Mike

I Decided To Build A Deck

Thanks. The hardest part for me was the stringers. I watched several youtubes and read several "how to's" before I made a single cut. - - - Updated - - - Thanks Kim. The wife took so many pictures I didn't even know about this one until I looked at her FB album.
