Wife & I in a joint venture with my kid (56 yr old) sister just bought our last home. single level .6 acre with a 16x36 unground pool (vinyl liner). Had an above ground many, many yers ago and it was a PITA to take care of. BIG fan of smart/automation but also don't like to spend $$$$.
