$980 for the Black and Decker 3hp. Seems reasonable. Anything else I need to think about? Is my current pump 220v?

My pool doesn’t have any automation. The pump comes on with a standard timer. Is that something I can add with a new pump? The current pump runs a standard DE filter. Not sure what other compatibility issues there are. Thanks!

I think the PB is way out of bounds to ask for more. That happened to my pool too....and the PB ate it, as they should. They said it happens pretty regularly on builds, but I never thought for a second I would have to pay more, and neither did they.

I have an umbrella sleeve that looks exactly the same...which we haven't opened yet, but it is impossible to move by hand and is underwater. Is there a tool designed to open that type of cap? I think a wrench would destroy the cap.

One more thing...you will need the "Deep" version of Ledge Lounger for that depth. The standard one is not made for that depth.

We built ours at 14”, and think much shallower would not be good. It’s about perfect for hanging out in or out of chairs on the ledge.
