I did the pool sweep valve is bottom left

I tried that....the pool sweep was low pressure prior to this, so the guy adjusted something and now this issue started (although I put it back to the original position). Here's a picture

I had an issue with my pool sweep and someone came out and I believe played with the valves. Ever since, there seems to be a little bit of air under the pump lid. I switched the lids with my fountain filter and same issue.

I have a Hayward Pro Logic automation setup, and when I went out, the display was off. I ran through a few tests, thinking the display was faulty, but I've concluded that the main board is the issue. I found a couple of people online who repair Hayward boards, but I'm looking for...

Yes, tested to the power connection screw on the fuel. Heres a picture with the cover off - the screen loosk funky in the picture but its just glare, doesn't appear like that in person.

Yes, I just did. Confiming power is showing on the meter.
