Team - just a follow up question as there is so much conflicting information about this online. Am I absolutely looking at a delaminating surface which is almost certain to start to have pop offs in the next year? Sometimes when the stars align I am able to brush these away

Thanks JohnT !! The PB provides it as part of their weekly service -- they seem to use a taylor test kit, but maybe they entered it wrong?
