The skimmer on the far end can be piped through the floor or walls of the pool if they are being poured. Try to make a considerable effort to place 2 skimmers. I regret not doing it.

In-floor cleaning systems are inefficient and do not exceed a robot cleaning capability. My suggestion for this is to convert the in-floor pop-ups to floor returns and buy yourself a robot.

PH is not valid above FC of 10, so that makes me wonder if testing is being done properly. Which test kit do you have? Please review testing procedures. The color of water do look like iron, are you sure its algae? Did the color change to a darker green when you started Slam?
