Quick follow-up here, but adjusted all my numbers based on TFP recommendations, and have been running my SWCG at 25% for 10 hours a day to maintain FC! Granted, water temp is only 80 degrees right now, but still it's been a breeze to maintain. Should have done this 4 years ago.

Part came in. Close, but no cigar. It's just a tad smaller, such that the threads of retainer ring can't get a good purchase in the jet housing. Back to the drawing board.

Agreed. I'm going to try it. I can find the retainer ring other places for less than $3, but the eyeball is harder to find. If it works it's worth it though.

I have no idea at all. Pool was part of the house I bought 5 years ago. I think the pool is 12-15 years old.

@RDspaguy Inyo hasn't responded so I'm not feeling good about it. Are you saying that maybe the parts that are in my spa don't necessarily go together? Any suggestions on what I can do to fix this? Maybe a way to swap out more internals or something? I have 3 7/8" twistlock venturi nozzles...

I have emailed pictures to Inyo so maybe they will know as well. I've scowered all the old parts diagrams for Hydro Air and can't see anything that looks like mine. Close, but no cigar. Also older Balboa parts but nothing matches either.
