Well got the pad poured, it looks GREAT! Almost a shame to put the pool on it. The concrete contactor used a fiber infused mix so no rebar had to be used. The wait time I was told was seven days as they pour drives they wait seven days for concrete trucks to drive on them. We ended up waiting 10...

I wouldn't give up just yet! We managed to get a concrete pad poured and spent yesterday moving it. I'm not happy about all the rain either. But I imagine we will be praying for rain next month while in the pool. ;)

I have a Haywood skimmer and am hesitant in installing it. It's not cutting the liner that concerns me. I am thinking I will loss water depth in order for it to effectively work. Can anyone tell me if I will loss any water depth?

After reading a few of the posts about using concrete I have a few questions. :confused: 1) What psi of concrete should be used? 2) At what thickness did you use? 4" or 5" 3) How long do you have to wait before setting the pool up? 4) Did you use any slope on the pad? e.g. 1/4" per 4'
