I am pretty sure they all want the screen up first. otherwise when the cage is put up you would get debris in the pool. metal shavings ect. also it keeps the leaves grass ect out of the finish.

As Promised here are some pictures from today. I love how the tile and coping look it was exactly how I envisioned it when we picked our colors and diamond design. I am very happy. They got the whole thing tiled and coped and the footer for the cage is ready to be poured tomorrow...
