We have three one-gallon jugs of 5.25% bleach. How much of that should we use?

We are in the process of filling our 24' AGP and have just reached the level where we can install the skimmer. It has taken about 10 days, two of which we were under a boil order, to get this much water and it is quite green. I don't think we want to stand in there to do the installation...
