Yes, numbers work ok. I do have solar cover. My worry is if water heater will be able to handle such load and if anyone has experience with that.

So anyone tried to use tankless natural gas heater to heat the pool? I have Navien 240-A for domestic hot water, it is rated for 200,000 BTU. So theoretically it can easily raise the water temperature overnight by 8F (when nobody at home is using hot water). What do you think?

What about Zodiac Baracuda G2? It is $200 with no rebates involved. Does not look as cool as MX8, but seems to have good review on youtube as being simple and reliable for long time.
