I live in Bedford TX. Summers are the hardest on the pools and keeping the water balanced.
My pool is 19 years old. I just had it remodeled in September 2022. Plaster, coping, and tile. I have had nothing but problems from the plaster since it was put in. The company the did the remodel kept telling me it was the trees (of which I have a few but nothing that leaves leaves in the pool all day long) , the chemicals, or the pool service company. I had yellowing in parts of the plaster and the hot tub had opportunities as well. Finally in October they drained the pool and hot tub and acid washed it. This was the second time for the hot tub. i also changed pool service companies.
Now I have problems again. The company is coming out this week to look at the current issues.
I just purchased the Taylor K-2006 Salt Complete (FAS-DPD Chlorine) Test Kit.
