I may need to try something else. I tried chlorine tabs in a floater ( Yeah I know got a pool man to handle pool as I was unable to for a time) and he put in chlorine tabs . Well the bottom of the floater fell out and the tabs that were in left a round stain. Question....what is the way to...

How much should I pay for a cover reel? I looked and they were from 250 to 1,000 Any thoughts would be appreciated thanks Dave Gale

well looks like I need a cover Im only getting 82 degrees when its 95 outside. And my utility is about 200.00 because of air cond. House gets pretty hot when its 95 outside but not the pool even with the solar on the roof BTW I don't think solar panels are all that great

I know this is somewhere else on this site, but I read thread was a long time ago and I should ask to get sooner answers. OK my temps in Cal where I live in summer are 85-95. 95 being tops. Pool is too cold for me at 82 degrees. So would a pump work since the ambient temp in summer would place...

Its just a sweep that wheels will not move. Im having it checked, as I got the sweep kinda second hand if it cannot be fixed I will buy new. Thanks to everyone with the advice

ok I tried to move wheels and they are free but I saw a large crack and hole in the bottom. Do I have to fix them before the wheels turn properly? I plan to fix the hole, just wondered if that could be the main problem to make the wheels turn.

Ok, now I've read some stuff about reels and covers. I have a 15x35 inground fiberglass and I want a cover to get the pool warm as its normally top 80's here, and I have solar on the roof. Now what cover ( flat.. bubble etc) and what reel and how to cover reel when not in use? Thank you Dave

I tried a lot of them but they just get stuck...hoses leak..don't climb or its something......any ideas??

I took off all the hoses and just an open port from sidewall so no more leaking hoses. Gonna have to buy a new one
