During a SLAM, will pollen also turn whitish like algae does?

Good day! Quick question...with pool evaporation, which chemicals needs a close watch? We have heated our pool early this year as the kids have been anxious to get in. Having to add quite a bit of water every week. I know CYA levels do not change with evaporation, but what about the others...

Here is another pic…not sure if any more helpful or not. I keep wanting to believe it’s not algae…but I know better. There isn’t pollen around in September in Nebraska…right?!
