    I got the same model as the old one. Motor serial number match.

    120 on load 1 in the office position and 120 on load 2 in the on position

    Yes,I have 120 running through both.

    I purchased 2 separate pool timer T101's. Neither one that was installed,th clock didn't work. Could it be I purchased 2 bad motors or am I missing something. Switch turn lights on and off manually. But timer gears on either motor is not turning. I tried moving the gears manually. No success...
