how far to lower water in closing pool
Since it is now 24" below coping I don't think pool could overflow I guess 20" below would be ok.Thanks for your experience- CJankowski

Pool company lowered to 14" below bottom of skimmer and about 8" below returns I guess that is ok Thanks for everyone's answers- CJankowski

Hi Poolees Please save my sanity.
We paid a huge amount to open our green pool.They said it was done after a week or so but it was not crystal clear. Within 2 days algae turned pool green and we shocked it and cleaned a very green cartridge filter Returned to company and water test read 141 for CYA.No one said this was a problem...- CJankowski
