Something to be aware of is that Customer Support at Fluidra and Aqua Products totally sucks. Or, to be more precise, is non-existent. When configuring the iAquaLink software the app glitched in the middle of a firmware update for the robot. I sent an inquiry about how to restart the update...

The robot pretty much goes straight up the wall, which means it is only cleaning an equivalently small portion of the wall as it does of the water line. I wonder if there is any reason to run the Floor/Wall mode.

My report on the first couple of runs of my new 614iq. The bottom of the pool was covered in thousands of little seed somethings about the size of a grain of rice, which would clearly show where the robot did and did not go. I used the leaf rake to remove most leaves before the first run, but...

Good suggestion. Blockage hasn't been a problem with our trees & leaves, but it might be for other kinds of leaves. The slots along the sides of the colander are structural, but later today I'll mod the design and post to show a row of 1/2" holes along the bottom.
