    Whisperflo pump replacement

I dont see how to set the time for the different RPM settings like it’s set up currently with the schedule on the pump controller. Now it’s set at an 8am start, prime for 5 minutes then 2 hours at 3000, 10 hours at 1400, then 2 hours at 2200.

    Whisperflo pump replacement

Oh, that’s a good point with the booster pump. I don’t mind trying to set it up on the ET, but I’m inherently lazy, plus not very familiar with it, so that’s why I went the easy route. Plus there are so many mosquitoes in my yard by the pump they are destroying me. But I will try!

    Whisperflo pump replacement

I appear to be too dumb to know how to make a signature. I filled out some info in the “about you” section on my account. Is that the same? I’m on a smartphone, not a computer.

    Whisperflo pump replacement

Thanks for the reply. I need to list all of my equipment in my signature I now realize. Thanks. With the old pump the easy touch ran the schedule, but with this new pump there is a separate control panel mounted on the pump itself. It came set up with a factory default schedule starting at...

    Whisperflo pump replacement

What’s the difference if the easy touch controls my pump vs the internal pump control panel?

    Whisperflo pump replacement

Jim, I guess it’s being run from the panel mounted to the pump. I just set the easy touch to leave the pump circuit on constantly. Is this not the correct way to do it?

    Whisperflo pump replacement

Ok I got it finally. Thanks! I’m just using the default program until I figure it out, which starts at 8am and runs 2 hours at 3000rpm, 10 at 1400, and then 2 at 2200. Does that sound reasonable? Sure seems like a long run time. I ran my last pump from 9am-5pm, but at much higher rpm I suppose...

    Whisperflo pump replacement

Sorry, when I said I wired it like my last pump was wired, I just took the existing 240v wires from the old pump and put them on the back of the new pump. Red, black and the green ground.

    Whisperflo pump replacement

Sorry I hit send before asking my question. I guess my question is, the wiring diagram for the cable as shown in that last pic shows wiring it up to relay 1-4 on my panel. How do I know which is relay 1-4 on my panel? How many volts are coming in and out of those relays? I’m so confused. Smh.

    Whisperflo pump replacement

I got the new whisperflo vst pump physically installed and plumbed up. I wired it up like the old pump was wired, but when hit the switch on the panel nothing happened. I also bought the RS-485 cable but don’t understand how to wire it up! This is what my panel looks like:
