We finally had our pool Shotcrete put in this afternoon, then 4 to 5 hours later we had 1.75" rain unexpectedly. We got the storm alert at about the same time it hit. How much will this affect the Shotcrete? There is almost 2' of water in the deep end of the pool.

I am just starting a pool build myself, and my main drain has the secondary drain as a wall mount. That pipe part way up the wall is similar to mine. It is a Paramount SDX anti-entrapment drain.
