I heard back from Jandy support. They will not troubleshoot the issue with their hardware unless you are a pool installer. Sigh. :confused:

I am having the same issue integrating a Jandy JXi heater with a Hayward OmniHub. Did you ever have any luck getting to the bottom of this?
